01 / What I See

Good analysis is not about finding more data. It is about finding what matters.

The starting point is the business question — not the dashboard.

06 / About

I've always been interested in the space between data and decisions.

DATABUSINESSDECISIONS

My career has moved from research and CRM to customer strategy, business analysis, management reporting, business intelligence, commercial analysis, marketing and advertising.

That path shaped the way I see business: customers, data, markets, products and organizational capabilities are connected parts of one system. My focus is on understanding those connections and turning them into useful insight — without losing sight of the business question behind the information.

My perspective on marketing has also been shaped by experience across customers, CRM, data, performance and advertising.

07 / Philosophy

Data is valuable when it changes a decision.

A dashboard is not the destination. An analysis is not the outcome. The real value comes when information creates understanding — and understanding improves a decision.
